Disappointing in quality. Couldn’t return as I bought it early for a Xmas gift and only contacted them after we returned from our Xmas holiday only to be told it needs to be returned after 14 days.

Hi Juanita, we will definitely be able to send you a replacement style if you would prefer. We will just need you to send back the piece to us so we can do this. x
