Broken in first week

Such a pretty bracelet, however it **** within the first week. When contacted I was issued a new one, which was great, but told there was a manufacturing fault that caused the breakage on a batch. If it was a known issue then why was it being sold?!
Customer service was lovely however that's not the point. I was extremely disappointed.

It was very small, bought it for my daughter who has a largish wrist but don't think it will fit her otherwise it's a nice bracelet
