Product Returns for Refund
You can return your Zafino product within 30 days of receiving your original order, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
If you would like to return your Zafino product, please download the Zafino returns form and include it with the return. Please make sure we know the order number your return relates to and this can be found on your order confirmation email. We can’t process your return without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your returns parcel. Once we′ve received your unused Zafino, we′ll refund you the amount of the original purchase, excluding any delivery costs. Our Zafino customers are responsible for the cost of the return delivery to our office.
We will make contact with you to request your bank details as Zafino does not hold this information. For your own security, we do recommend using a trackable courier company or Australia Post with tracking details.
Zafino customers are required to cover the cost of the return delivery to our office. If Zafino is to send out a replacement item due to a fault or incorrect delivery, we will pay for the item to be returned to you. Please know that a returned product will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of your receipt of purchase.
If you purchased your Zafino item from a retail store or another online retailer, and would like to return it for a refund or exchange it, please contact the retailer directly. We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased from other retailers

It would also be most useful if you can email Zafino a photo of the fault and your warranty cover.
All Zafino Bags, Jewellery and Scarves are sold with a 1 year warranty cover, against possible defects in materials and craftsmanship of all products. The bag is only covered under the warranty with a valid proof of original ownership, product info, indicating the date and location of purchase.
If after inspecting your Zafino product, we are satisfied it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. This is subject to our product guarantee. The Return of the repair is customer’s responsibility until it reaches Zafino. If we are unable to repair your Zafino product, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.
